- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories that came with the product.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

3. Refunds

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping (Flat Shipping: $4.85 or Express Shipping: $8.95) will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- For orders eligible for free shipping (orders over $50), the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if the returned items reduce the total order value below $50.
6. Non-returnable Items
- Certain types of products, such as customized hats or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
- Health and personal care items, such as used hats, cannot be returned.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
